Professional Curiosity

Aim of the session: to set out and explore the importance of Professional Curiosity.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• understand what it means to be 'professionally curious';
• understand the importance it being professionally curious;
• Learn from local reviews to identify the barriers of professional curiosity;
• be confident in exercising professional curiosity, in a respectful manner;
• consider strategies for addressing professional curiosity in supervision; and
• know where to access resources to support them in doing so.
