Blackpool’s Response to Neglect and Self-Neglect

Please join us for an overview and launch of the Blackpool Neglect Strategy for children, young people and families; and the Blackpool Safeguarding Adult Board multi-agency guidance for responding to Self-Neglect.

Target Audience:

This launch is aimed at all frontline staff across all agencies working with children, adults and families in Blackpool.

8:30am Registration, refreshments and networking

9:15am Welcome and Introductions

9:25am Why: the reason behind developing fresh approaches to Neglect and Self-Neglect in Blackpool.

10:45am Break – Move to Workshop

11:00am to 12:30pm Workshop Sessions:

Session 1: 11:00am – 11:45am Session 2: 11:45am – 12:30pm

    • Pan-Lancashire arrangements for self-neglect
