Blackpool’s Parent-Infant & Early Years Relationship Strategy: Lunch and Learn

These sessions have been co-created as part of the Blackpool Family Hub and Start for Life programme.

This strategy sets out our vision to better support parent-infant and early years relationships so all babies and young children in Blackpool can form a secure relationship with at least one caregiver, who offers them ‘good enough’ sensitive, attuned and responsive care.

At this session, you will learn about:

• Why early relationships are important.
• Why we need this strategy.
• How we created this strategy.
• What we hope to achieve.

There will be showing of Blackpool’s Parent-Infant & Early Years Relationship Strategy launch film which took place on 4^th March 2025, with an opportunity to ask questions from members of the Blackpool Parent-Infant Relationship Service and Blackpool Family Hubs.

For those of you who missed our launch in March 2025, please come along to one of our Lunch and Learn sessions to hear more about the strategy, with a buffet style lunch provided.
